1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cushman & Wakefield partner referral platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login password and withdrawal password, and for all activity under your account. Notify support immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that show signs of compromise or abuse.
4. Deposits & Recharge
Recharge amounts are credited to your account balance after confirmation. Deposits are used to participate in lot boosting and other Platform activities. All transactions are subject to review, and we may request verification before crediting funds.
5. Lot Boosting & Commissions
Earnings from lot boosting depend on your account level, available balance, daily order limits, and the applicable commission rate. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the property value assigned to each lot. Displayed figures are estimates and may be adjusted to reflect account status and Platform rules.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals require a linked wallet and a valid withdrawal password, and are processed after admin approval. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, order requirements, and processing times may apply based on your account level. We may hold or decline withdrawals pending review of suspicious activity.
7. Referrals & Invitations
Referral rewards are granted only for genuine sign-ups using your referral code. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation of the referral system are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, multiple-account abuse, automated exploitation, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to freeze balances and terminate accounts engaged in such conduct.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, freeze accounts, or reverse transactions where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where required by law or risk controls.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
